Local Scholarships

AWARDS:

• One $ 1000 Cecelia Razook Memorial Scholarship for Son/Daughter of a Member.
• One $ 500 Scholarship for Son/Daughter of a Member.
• One $ 500 Scholarship to go to further the education of a member.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Applicants must be a SEIU Healthcare MN member in good standing or the son or daughter of a SEIU Healthcare MN member in good standing.
• Membership must be for three continuous years as of the date of the application deadline for the scholarship.
• There is one combination application form for the $1000 Cecelia Razook Memorial Scholarship and the $500 Scholarship for the child of a member.
• Applicants are not eligible to win multiple awards in any one given year.
• The Officers, Executive Board members, and staff of SEIU Healthcare MN are not eligible to participate in this program.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:

Winners are to be selected by lot.  No academic performance standards or records required for eligibility.  Submit only one application per person.  Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Applications must be postmarked no later than April 30th of the current year for the following academic year.  Forms are available from your business representative or at the SEIU Healthcare Minnesota office (651-294-8100).
